If your product(s) arrived late, and after reading our T&C you believe that the On-Time Guarantee applies, follow these steps

Email us at [email protected] and please include your order number, as well as the date and time on which you received your products
Verification
Our support team will look into your case, and identify whether and why a delay occurred. We will let you know if your case satisfies all the conditions of the On Time Guarantee
Get Your Refund
Upon verification and approval of your case, your refund or coupon (up to you) will be issued within 7-14 working days
Terms & Conditions
We understand how important it is for you to get your printing done right and to receive your products on time. That’s why we’ve created our industry-leading On-Time Guarantee.
We guarantee that you will receive your products on time, when you:
- Purchase products on our site, and
- Pay for your order and provide print-ready files by the specified cut-off time
If not, we'll refund you.
The On-Time Guarantee applies only to products ordered through our website, and does not apply to custom products*.
*Jobs that are not configurable online are considered custom orders.
